Welcome in. MY MISSION begins with meeting women where they are at every life stage and transition by cultivating a safe and intimate space where they create individual self-empowerment practices for living their best lives.
My vision
Every woman must recognize that cultivating sacred time and space for herself is her rightful action. Helping women see their path to well-being begins with taking care of themselves first, then filling the love and responsibility of all others in their lives. Here, this womankind community of support and connectio cultivates and thrives.



The 3 Anjalis Method is a beautiful medley of energies inviting movement and flow, calling attention to our whole-selves from head to pelvic floor. Curiously powerful opening pathways through breath!

I always try to do mindful activities at home and it can be challenging with a very affectionate cat and being surrounded by the house to-do's. From the lens of my ever-evolving experience and wisdom, I hope for all women to receive this opportunity. I am emphatic about giving authentic care, attention, and education to every woman at every age and stage of their whole life.
